The OverMolding process: begins with a pre-assembled soldered cable and PCB or smart cable as part of our turnkey process. The unmolded cable assembly is carefully loaded into the crafted tool or moldset. The moldset closes and the cavity is filled with the appropriate material, creating a strain-relief and protective seal directly to the cable.
